We loved staying here! The friendly staff made sure we felt right at home. Our grown-up kids enjoyed a fantastic evening at the Dallas World Aquarium, a must-see spot that was just a quick drive away. The whole vibe was fun and welcoming!

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' game room would have been great.

I had a delightful stay at the Renaissance in Dallas while exploring the vibrant music scene. The large room offered a retro vibe, perfect for relaxing after our concert. Although the elevator rides could be lengthy, the friendly staff and proximity to downtown attractions made it all worthwhile.

    efficient elevator
    nearby attractions
    noisy room

The smart elevator system made getting to my floor a breeze. it’s efficient, just select your floor outside before jumping in. I also appreciated the variety of nearby attractions accessible by a straightforward route, making it easy to catch a show without hassle.

The noise from the external A/C units outside my room was a bit disruptive, especially on the third floor. Plus, if you’re planning to grab a bite at the hotel restaurant, be prepared for longer wait times. I waited nearly 45 minutes for a pizza during my stay. The prices for dining options felt a bit on the steep side, so I'd recommend exploring other local eateries right outside the front door.

    minor inconvenience

The Renaissance offers an impressive combination of comfort and service. The staff provided exceptional attention throughout my stay, with the front desk efficiently managing check-in and offering a room upgrade. I particularly enjoyed the Executive Lounge, where the skyline view was breathtaking. The team, especially Debra and Zak, fostered a welcoming atmosphere that turned each meal into a delightful experience.

The only minor issue was the elevator wait time during peak hours.

    memorable meal
    great time
    long elevator ride

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Dallas World Aquarium, which was amazing. The staff were super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Just a heads up, the elevator ride to the upper floors can be a bit lengthy, so plan accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend dining at Asador for a memorable meal.

The only downside was the long elevator ride to the 30th floor, and the trek to find the microwave. It was a bit of a hassle.
